Sultana Cairo restaurant to open in Tamworth

Egyptian-born caterer Enas Elbitar is set to open Sultana Cairo, a new restaurant and catering partner at the West Tamworth Sports & Bowling Club. The venture realizes a long-held dream for Elbitar, who has been providing Middle Eastern catering to the local community since arriving in Tamworth with her family in 2016.

Matt Hill, CEO of South Tamworth Bowling Club, noted that the partnership represents a new chapter for the club's dining services following its amalgamation with Souths. The menu will feature Middle Eastern cuisine, including koshary, Egypt's national dish.
