Sumedang Regent targets 2027 opening for Cimanggung health center

Sumedang Regent Dony Ahmad Munir has set a target for the Cimanggung Community Health Center (Puskesmas) to become operational by January 1, 2027. During a site inspection on September 21, 2026, the Regent reviewed the progress of the two-story facility located in Sindanggalih Village.

To ensure the facility's success, the Regent instructed the Health Office and Public Works Department to complete construction on schedule. He also emphasized the need for traffic safety measures, including the installation of warning lights and zebra crossings, due to the site's location on a steep slope. Additionally, he requested coordination with local police and civil service police to manage vehicle access and ensure the surrounding area is cleared of street vendors once operations begin.
