Sumikko Gurashi evolution-themed Ichiban Kuji lottery to launch

A new Ichiban Kuji lottery series titled ‘Sumikko Gurashi: What if the Sumikko Characters Evolved?’ is scheduled for release starting October 24, 2026. The merchandise line focuses on the evolutionary stages of characters such as Tokage and Ebifurai no Shippo.

Prize offerings include plushie evolution sets, heat-sensitive mugs that reveal character changes when hot water is added, ceramic plates, acrylic charms, and various practical items like fabric assortments and desk accessories. The ‘Last One’ prize features a Tokage blanket-in-cushion.

The lottery will be available at FamilyMart, convenience stores, Sumikko Gurashi shops, and online starting October 27, 2026, with each draw priced at 750 yen. This release coincides with broader franchise activities, including a limited re-screening of the 2021 film ‘Sumikko Gurashi: Blue Moon Magic’ starting October 31.
