SUMITCA staff undergo comprehensive human development training in Carirubana, Venezuela

The Municipal Integrated Tax Superintendency of Carirubana (SUMITCA) began a month‑and‑a‑half course on Integral Human Development, organized in partnership with the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces (Unefa) campus in Punto Fijo. Professor Jesús Ramírez, a specialist in patriotic training, said the program aims to strengthen employees’ emotional, social, community and spiritual skills. Facilitator Vicente Moreno will guide participants through group sessions to ensure the material is effectively applied.

The training is part of SUMITCA’s effort to improve service quality for citizens, aligning with recent office unification at the Las Virtudes complex and emphasizing a more efficient, humane, and accessible municipal tax service.
