Summer Breeze metal festival celebrates 20 years in Dinkelsbühl

The Summer Breeze metal festival is celebrating 20 years in Dinkelsbühl. Originally founded in Abtsgmünd, the event has grown significantly since moving to the Franconia region, now attracting up to 50,000 visitors annually from Germany and other European countries.

During the festivities, the Blasmusik Illenschwang ensemble performed, maintaining a unique tradition as the only group to play at the festival every year since 2007. The band, hailing from the village adjacent to the festival grounds, has achieved cult status among attendees.
