Summer cinema events scheduled in Marchirolo and Trieste

Various summer cinema events are taking place across Italy. In Marchirolo, the “Esterno Notte” series organized by Filmstudio 90 will host a screening of the live-action film “Dragon Trainer” at Sala Torreggiani within Camilliani Park. The film follows the story of Hiccup and his dragon, Toothless, on the island of Berk.

In Trieste, Cinema Ariston will host a screening of the 2016 docu-movie “L’ultima spiaggia” on August 21. Directed by Davide Del Degan and Thanos Anastopoulos, the film focuses on the Bagno Comunale La Lanterna, also known as Pedocin, a beach establishment famous for its historical division of spaces between men and women. The event will include a meeting with the directors prior to the screening.
