Summer Concerts Spotlight: Conservatory Quartet in Copertino and Eugenio Finardi in Carpi

On July 29, the Conservatory of Music "Tito Schipa" in Lecce presented the performative concert "Quartetti dal carcere" in Piazza Castello, Copertino. Created and directed by composer Andrea Scardigno, the event combined a string quartet, contemporary dance and video projections to explore inner emotional prisons and themes of hope and failure.

Later in the week, singer‑songwriter Eugenio Finardi performed at Piazzale Re Astolfo in Carpi as part of the "CarpInMusica" series. Finardi, celebrating a career spanning over fifty years, presented a program mixing his classic hits such as "Musica ribelle" and "La radio" with material from his forthcoming 2025 album "Tutto".
