Summer festivals light up Czech towns of Rožnov and Prague

The Rožnovské Frky event will take place on Saturday 25 July 2026 in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm’s city park. The programme includes a musical opening, comedy sketches, knights’ contests for children, a children's play “Malý Marťan”, a multi‑instrumental act “BosoBos”, and interactive workshops. Admission is 100 CZK for the play and 200 CZK for the music show, with tickets sold online and at local points.

From 14 to 19 July 2026, Prague will host the Festival Za dveřmi at the Výstaviště site and Mariánské Square. The free‑entry festival features international and Czech street‑theatre groups, large‑scale performances, circus acts, acrobatics, interactive installations, family programmes and a closing gala concert. Performances begin each afternoon and the programme includes additional cultural activities such as exhibitions, a children’s sport camp and a culinary showcase of French farm produce.
