Sun Group launches Spring Tower in Da Nang and expands national investments

Sun Property, a member of Sun Group, has officially launched the Spring Tower (F2) within the FourS Tower subdivision in southern central Da Nang. Located in the Sun Riverpolis eco-urban area at the intersection of Nguyen Phuoc Lan and Minh Mang, the tower is inspired by the apricot blossom and is part of a series of four towers based on the ‘Four Seasons’ plants. The project aims to capitalize on the growing economic and social development in the southern part of Da Nang, benefiting from improved connectivity via the Trung Luong, Bo Quan, and Dong No 2 bridges.

On a broader scale, Sun Group is increasing its strategic investments across Vietnam. The company is preparing infrastructure for the APEC 2027 Summit in Phu Quoc, with eight strategic projects out of 21 total works contributing to the event. Three major projects intended to connect key activities have a combined investment value of 91,548 billion VND. Additionally, Sun Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with An Giang province to research and survey 11 infrastructure and tourism projects, with an expected total investment of nearly 100,000 billion VND.
