Sun Group to develop An Phu urban area in Quang Ngai

Sun Group, through a joint venture involving Central Technical Infrastructure Management and Service Co., Ltd and Da Nang Sun Real Estate Service Co., Ltd, has submitted an environmental impact assessment for the An Phu (Dao Ngoc) new urban area project in Quang Ngai province.

The project covers approximately 162 hectares located on an island isolated by the Tra Khuc River. The development plan includes the construction of 585 villas, 1,573 terraced houses, 1,948 apartment units in mixed-use buildings, and 1,530 social housing units. Additionally, the site will feature commercial services, education, healthcare, and sports facilities.

Implementation involves the relocation and compensation of approximately 374 households currently residing on the land. Site clearance and land allocation are expected to take place between 2026 and 2030.
