Sun Moon University hosts global mobility technology seminar with Polish university
Sun Moon University hosted the ‘2026 Global Mobility Technology Exchange Seminar’ on October 15 at its Asan campus, inviting faculty from the Silesian University of Technology in Poland. The event aimed to activate international technical and human resource exchanges and strengthen the educational and research cooperation network between the two institutions.
During the seminar, students from the Department of Future Automotive Engineering presented project results from their Capstone Design-1 course. Seven teams showcased their work, with Professor Wojciech Jamrozik from the Silesian University of Technology providing a general review. The seminar also included campus tours and discussions regarding future cooperation.
The collaboration, supported by the Future Automotive Specialization Project Group and the ANCHOR Project Group, involved industry partners such as JAM ICT and Flexcom. These companies participated to link real-world technical challenges with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) curriculum. The two universities are also discussing plans for the joint operation of a Capstone Design program in 2027.
