Sun PhuQuoc Airways crew and doctors assist panicked passenger

On September 8, a female passenger on Sun PhuQuoc Airways flight 9G869, traveling from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, experienced a sudden medical emergency involving panic and difficulty breathing.

Following the passenger's call for help, the chief flight attendant provided immediate emotional support and reassurance. Two female doctors on board responded to a medical assistance request and assisted the passenger. One of the doctors was traveling with a young child but chose to prioritize assisting the distressed passenger. The crew relocated the passenger to a more suitable seat to facilitate continuous monitoring and care by the medical professionals throughout the flight.
