Sunarp and INBAL formalize institutional alliances for research and arts

The National Superintendency of Public Registries (Sunarp) and the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) in Peru have signed a five-year framework agreement for inter-institutional collaboration. The partnership aims to promote information exchange, capacity building, research, and academic activities. Key focus areas include integrating registry law with public management, cadastre, information and communication technologies (ICTs), and artificial intelligence to improve legal security and public services.

In Mexico, the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL) and Tecnológico de Monterrey have formalized an alliance to promote contemporary art. This collaboration focuses on research, artistic production, residencies, exhibitions, and public programs. The partnership seeks to link artistic creation with science and technology through interdisciplinary initiatives. One of the first scheduled projects under this agreement is an exhibition by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kac at the Laboratorio Arte Alameda in 2027.
