Sunat to auction 26 seized properties in Peru

The National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) will hold its fifth auction of seized assets on Wednesday, September 30. The auction features 26 real estate properties valued at approximately 6,804,173 soles, targeting taxpayers who failed to regularize their debts.

The properties are located across Lima, Piura, and Ica. The offerings include houses, apartments, warehouses, parking spaces, offices, land, and shops. Notable items include an industrial site in San Juan de Lurigancho with a base price of 2,519,406 soles, a house in Villa El Salvador, and various residential and commercial spaces in districts such as Chorrillos, Surco, and San Miguel.

The auction will follow a “sealed envelope” format. Interested participants must submit their economic proposals in an urn, and the highest bidder who meets all requirements will be declared the winner. Participation is free and requires only a national identity document (DNI).
