Sunbeth Energies launches first self-service fuel station in Abuja

Sunbeth Energies has launched the first self-service fuel station in Abuja, located in the Wuse axis of the capital city. The new model allows customers to independently initiate, complete, and monitor their fuel purchases, including selecting quantities, making payments, and receiving pump authorization.

Abiola Ameen, Chief Marketing Officer of Sunbeth Energies, stated that the service is designed to provide customers with greater visibility and control during the transaction process. While the system is automated, trained personnel will be available on-site to assist first-time users.

The expansion into Abuja follows the company’s implementation of a similar self-service model at its Ogba outlet in Lagos. According to Ameen, the Lagos deployment achieved a 100 per cent transaction success rate with no service downtime over the past month, providing operational insights used for the Wuse launch.
