Suncrest Gold raises $1.02 million for ASX listing and exploration

Hot Rocks Investments Plc has provided an update regarding its investee company, Suncrest Gold (formerly Sunshine Gold), which is preparing for a planned listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Suncrest Gold successfully completed an oversubscribed convertible note raise, collecting $1,024,056. The initial target was $750,000. The funds are intended to cover ASX listing costs, working capital, heritage and land access costs, and exploration growth at the company’s flagship Dexter project.

Additionally, Suncrest Gold has submitted a tenement application for the Kimberley King Project, a new gold target located in the West Kimberley region of Western Australia. The project is situated approximately 175 km east of Derby and features a major fault zone with historical gold occurrences reported at Mt Synnot.
