SUNEAST launches GOLD SERIES 720 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs

Kyokuto Electronics has announced the release of the SUNEAST brand GOLD SERIES 720 M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4.0 x4 NVMe SSD. The products are scheduled to be available in physical computer specialty stores across Japan starting in early September, with online sales already underway.

The series includes four capacity models: 512GB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB. The 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB models offer maximum read speeds of up to 7,450 MB/s, while the 512GB model reaches up to 7,050 MB/s. Write speeds vary by capacity, ranging from 4,200 MB/s for the 512GB model to 6,750 MB/s for the 2TB model.

Utilizing 3D TLC NAND, the drives feature varying endurance ratings (TBW) based on capacity, with the 4TB model rated at 7,200 TBW. The SSDs are designed for gaming PCs, custom PC builds, and creative professional work such as photo and video editing.
