Sung Hanbin debuts as solo artist with ‘Dead:Alive’ EP

Sung Hanbin, leader of the group ZEROBASEONE, has officially debuted as a solo artist with the release of his first mini-album, ‘Dead:Alive’. The eight-track EP marks a departure from his group’s typically bright and youthful image, opting instead for a darker, more intense concept centered on ‘self-transcendence’ and overcoming personal limitations.

The lead single, ‘Undead’, is described as a powerful alternative pop-rock track featuring heavy guitar riffs, dramatic drumming, and choral backing. During a media showcase in Seoul, Sung noted that he chose this direction to challenge his own artistic capabilities and to set a positive example for his fellow group members.

Sung, who returned to his original company THE L1VE for this solo project, intends to balance his new solo activities with his ongoing commitments to ZEROBASEONE.
