Sungold to return to RD Fashion Week 2026 with bikini tape show

Sungold, a Dominican brand specializing in Brazilian tanning, will return to RD Fashion Week 2026 with its second official bikini tape fashion show. The event is scheduled for October 16, 2026, at the Hotel Marriott Santo Domingo.

Founded in 2021 by Venezuelan entrepreneur Alhena Garmendia León, the brand focuses on beauty and female wellness. After opening its first physical location in Santo Domingo in 2022, Sungold has expanded its presence to Punta Cana. The upcoming show aims to merge body art, creativity, and fashion to highlight femininity and personal confidence through bikini tape designs and tanning techniques.
