Sunil Lodhi gains national fame through film Hanuman Ansh

Sunil Lodhi, a visually impaired folk singer from Bundelkhand, has gained national recognition following the success of his devotional song ‘More Sankat Ke Kataiya’ in the film ‘Hanuman Ansh’. Lodhi, who previously performed traditional bhajans in rural areas, was discovered by music producer Pankaj after his song went viral on social media.

Lodhi expressed his gratitude to his supporters and his mentor, Ankit Pandey, noting that his parents helped him experience the film by describing each scene to him.

The film ‘Hanuman Ansh’ has emerged as a significant box office success. After a slow start with earnings of only 1.48 crore rupees in the first two weeks, positive word-of-mouth drove a massive surge in the third week. As of its 25th day, the film has earned a net total of 45.28 crore rupees in India, with a gross collection of 53.43 crore rupees.
