Sunny Đan Ngọc balances medical career and musical achievements

Sunny Đan Ngọc, a dentist, singer, songwriter, and pianist, comes from a family with five generations of medical professionals. Her mother is a doctor at Chợ Rẫy Hospital. After studying dentistry at Hong Bang International University, she officially became a doctor in 2024 and currently works at a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition to her medical career, Đan Ngọc has a significant background in music. She studied piano at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music for ten years, graduating in 2022. Her musical achievements include being the runner-up in the ‘Hãy Là Số 1’ competition in 2023 and winning a Special Prize in the professional vocal category at the QingYin Award in June 2026.

She recently earned a degree in English Language, while her husband, actor Đoàn Minh Tài, completed an MBA. The couple, who are 16 years apart in age, are set to marry in late 2025.
