Sunrise Queen Hotel complex in Manavgat set for auction

The Manavgat Enforcement Office has announced an electronic auction for the sale of a large hotel complex and its surrounding facilities located in the Side neighborhood. The property, which includes the Sunrise Queen Hotel, is valued at approximately 1.475 billion TL.

The complex consists of two reinforced concrete hotel buildings and associated land covering 8,127 square meters. The facility features a total of 530 rooms across its various structures, including a 6-story block with 140 rooms and a 5-story block with 86 rooms. On-site amenities include swimming pools with slides, a spa, fitness areas, restaurants, and shops.

Located approximately 60 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and facing Süleyman Demirel Boulevard, the property is situated in a densely developed area. The auction will be subject to a 20 percent VAT rate.
