SunScout Holding Limited raises $15.5 million in IPO

SunScout Holding Limited, a clean-technology company specializing in autonomous solar-powered robotic mowers and solar energy solutions, has raised $15.5 million through its initial public offering. The company offered 3.1 million Class A ordinary shares at $5 per share, with trading commencing on the NYSE American and NYSE Texas under the ticker symbol ‘SNSC’ on August 12, 2026.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Palmerston North, New Zealand, SunScout intends to use the proceeds to establish a manufacturing plant in Austin, Texas. Additional funds will be allocated toward product development, marketing, inventory, working capital, loan repayment, and a payment related to its acquisition of Brightway Energy.

Dominari Securities acted as the lead underwriter, with Revere Securities serving as co-underwriter. The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 465,000 Class A ordinary shares at the public offering price.
