Sunshine Group completes fourth tower at Ciputra luxury project

The Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residences project, developed by Sunshine Group within the Ciputra urban area, has reached a significant construction milestone. As of mid-September 2026, the fourth of five 40-story towers has officially topped out. The final tower, Stella (S4), is nearing completion at the 38th floor.

Infrastructure development is also progressing rapidly, including a 7,200 square meter artificial lagoon located at the base of the towers. The project's landscape design features water music displays, 3D LED screens, and 3D Hologram performances. The exterior of the towers is being finished with Lemurian Blue semi-precious stone and Low-E glass, intended to support a high-end commercial and service complex in the Tay Ho Tay area.
