Suntex announces $1 billion North American real estate initiative

Suntex Enterprises, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to launch a multi-year real estate development initiative in North America valued at over $1 billion. The company aims to expand its integrated platform for development, construction, infrastructure, and land ownership across Canada and the United States.

A significant portion of this growth is centered in Alberta, Canada, where two major projects, Royal Links in Leduc and Meridian, are expected to generate approximately $575 million in combined revenue. Pre-development activities are already underway for Royal Links, with land development scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Beyond Canada, Suntex is pursuing further development opportunities in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. This expansion is intended to drive the company's identified North American development pipeline to exceed $1 billion over the next three to five years.
