Suntrust Properties and Piramal Realty announce new residential developments

Suntrust Properties has opened a new showroom for its Suntrust Kirana project in Pasig City, Philippines. Located on Mercedes Avenue, the immersive space is designed to help prospective buyers and investors visualize life within the 7,083-square-meter low-density community. The development features four low-rise residential towers and a two-story commercial building, offering units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The project aims to provide connectivity to major business districts including Makati, Mandaluyong, and Ortigas.

In India, Piramal Realty has launched its ‘Built. Delivered. Thriving.’ marketing campaign to coincide with the second phase of the Piramal Vaikunth township. The campaign emphasizes completed infrastructure, including 14 residential towers, approximately 3,000 homes, and a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. The development also includes the Sri Sri Radha Govindadeva Mandir in Thane. The strategy focuses on showcasing existing community life and executed projects rather than solely highlighting future developments.
