Super Corredora seeks second Breeders' Cup victory

Super Corredora, the previous winner of the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1), is preparing to compete in the Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1) this Saturday at Keeneland. The horse is seeking a second championship victory against a field of leading older fillies and mares.

Assistant trainer Juan Leyva reported that the horse has adapted well to the track in Lexington following travel from Southern California. Leyva described the horse as aggressive on the track and eager to train. A recent partner event was held at Three Chimneys Farm, where participants visited Super Corredora’s sire, Gun Runner.
