Super Madi Hydropower announces 15 percent bonus share dividend

Super Madi Hydropower Limited has announced a 15 percent bonus share dividend for its shareholders, derived from the previous fiscal year's profits. The proposed dividend is valued at NPR 347.29 million based on the company's current paid-up capital.

In addition to the bonus shares, the Board of Directors has proposed a cash dividend of 0.78947 percent to cover applicable tax obligations. The distribution is subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The 17th AGM is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at Hotel Imperial. The company has set September 7, 2026, as the book closure date. Investors holding shares through the end of trading on September 3, 2026, will be eligible to attend the meeting and receive the dividend.
