TE Connectivity draws institutional buying amid strong growth outlook

Renaissance Technologies LLC increased its stake in TE Connectivity Ltd. by 289.3% in the first quarter, holding 536,510 shares worth about $112 million, or 0.18% of the company. Other investors also added positions, including Kohmann Bosshard Financial Services, Geneos Wealth Management, Commonwealth Retirement Investments, MV Capital Management and JFS Wealth Advisors, collectively expanding institutional ownership of the electronics maker. Insider Shadrak W. Kroeger sold 9,400 shares, reducing his holding by roughly 27%.

TE Connectivity, which supplies connectors, sensors and cable systems to a wide range of end‑markets—from automotive electrification to data‑center infrastructure—continues to focus on operational growth. Analysts note that the breadth of applications helps stabilize revenue and margins across cycles, and a shift toward higher‑margin product volumes could further boost earnings.

The combined investor enthusiasm and the company’s diversified market exposure suggest continued confidence in TE Connectivity’s longer‑term growth prospects.
