Super Value implements staff digital transformation service in Saitama

Super Value, an OIC Group subsidiary, has launched a new digital service at five stores in Saitama Prefecture, including Lopia locations, to allow store staff to share product information through photos and videos.

The initiative utilizes ‘STAFF START’, a digital transformation service provided by Vanish Standard. This marks the first time the service, which is commonly used in the apparel, cosmetics, and furniture industries, has been implemented within the supermarket sector.

The rollout includes two primary functions: ‘SNAP PLAY’, which enables staff to post recipes, seasonal product information, and usage tips via the company website, and ‘Arigato Post’, a feature that collects and visualizes customer gratitude to boost staff motivation and recognition.
