SuperBoats CEO receives entrepreneur award in Malta

Leopoldo Rodriquez, founder and CEO of SuperBoats LLC, has been named ‘Best Entrepreneur of the Year 2026’ in the Product & Manufacturing category at an awards ceremony in Malta. The recognition follows the development of the SuperNano, a four-meter tunnel catamaran designed for leisure, rental, and professional use.

The SuperNano project originated in Sicily, where the first prototype was constructed in Villafranca Tirrena in collaboration with Bartolo D’Arrigo of Nautica San Bartolo. While SuperBoats LLC was founded in the United States in 2024 and maintains operational headquarters in Malta, the vessel's production remains rooted in Italy.
