SUPER★DRAGON to perform opening theme for drama ‘Dekiai’

The music group SUPER★DRAGON will perform the opening theme song “Honno” for the upcoming drama “Dekiai ~ Jitsu wa, Saikyo Hero ~” (Dekiai: Actually, the Strongest Hero). The song, a mixture rock track written specifically for the series, is scheduled for digital release on October 30, coinciding with the drama's premiere on TOKYO MX.

The drama stars Yoshito Yoshida (M!LK) in his first leading role. The story is a live-action adaptation of the popular manga “Jitsu wa Watashi, Dekiai saretemashita!? ~Saitei Kareshi kara Saikyo Kareshi e~”. The plot follows a heroine who, after being hurt by a toxic partner, is protected and loved by a high-spec younger man played by Yoshida.

Additional cast members include Nashiko Momotsuki and Hyuma Ikeda (SUPER★DRAGON), with freelance announcer Yukari Oshima joining in a supporting role. The series is set to begin broadcasting on October 30, 2026, across various Japanese networks including TOKYO MX, KRY Yamaguchi Broadcasting, and TV Iwate.
