Superhero crossover debates continue to engage fans as creators and actors weigh in on hypothetical matchups between iconic characters.

During San Diego Comic-Con, Invincible creator Robert Kirkman expressed his long-held opinion that Omni-Man would defeat Superman in a one-on-one fight. When asked what would happen to Superman following such a victory, Kirkman stated that Omni-Man would “obviously eat it.”

Meanwhile, the cast of the HBO series ‘Lanterns’ recently addressed whether Marvel’s Spider-Man could defeat a Green Lantern. Actors Aaron Pierre, Kyle Chandler, and Kelly Macdonald expressed disagreement with the idea, suggesting that the cosmic powers provided by a Green Lantern ring would overwhelm Spider-Man’s physical abilities.
