Superhero series on Prime Video and HBO Max

Recent discussions highlight various superhero series available on streaming platforms, noting how different productions attempt to differentiate themselves from the saturated genre.

On Prime Video, 'The Tick' is noted for its high critical acclaim, holding a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Based on Ben Edlund’s satirical comic, the series follows an invincible blue-clad superhero and his nervous ally, Arthur, as they uncover a large conspiracy involving the villainous The Terror.

On HBO Max, the 'Green Lantern' series is highlighted for its departure from traditional science fiction tropes. Rather than focusing solely on intergalactic battles, the show adopts a mentor-protege dynamic, focusing on a veteran Lantern training his successor.
