Supervivientes All Stars 3: medical evacuation and contestant status changes

The fifth gala of Supervivientes All Stars 3 featured significant changes to the competition due to a medical emergency. Contestant Albert Barranco was forced to leave the program and return to Spain after doctors were unable to resolve a renal colic issue.

Following Barranco's departure, the production altered the planned expulsion. Although María Jesús Ruiz was the contestant with the fewest public votes, she was not sent home. Instead, she and Chiqui were designated as ‘salvajes’ (wild ones), meaning they must survive without a fixed team, guaranteed food, or equipment. The two will face a repesca (reinstatement) vote on Thursday to determine who stays and who is permanently eliminated.

During the episode, contestants Arkano and Ivana Icardi also revealed that they have mutual romantic feelings for one another.
