Supervivientes All Stars 3: Medical evacuation and new nomination rules

The latest episode of Supervivientes All Stars 3 was marked by significant changes and medical emergencies. Contestant Albert Barranco was forced to leave the competition and return to Spain after medical professionals determined that his kidney stones required specialized treatment that could not be managed on the island.

Host Jorge Javier Vázquez announced a major shift in the game's format, introducing a week of unique galas and a new cross-team nomination mechanic. Under these new rules, members of Playa Sol must nominate contestants from Playa Luna and vice versa. This has left Víctor Janeiro, Yola Berrocal, Chiqui, and Omar Sánchez in danger of elimination.

Other developments include the controversial status of María Jesús Ruiz and romantic tensions between contestants Arkano and Ivana. Additionally, Rosa Benito shared emotional reflections regarding her age and the physical demands of the competition.
