Supreme Court of India announces recruitment for multiple positions

The Supreme Court of India has announced recruitment notifications for several positions in New Delhi.

For the Court Master (Shorthand) role, there are 15 tentative vacancies available on a deputation basis. This position offers a pay scale of Level 11 (Rs. 67,700 - Rs. 2,08,700). Eligible candidates must possess a university degree, shorthand proficiency of 120 w.p.m., and a computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m., alongside five years of regular service in relevant roles within High or District Courts. Applications must be submitted via email and post by October 31, 2026.

Additionally, the Court has released a notification for 65 tentative vacancies for the position of Senior Personal Assistant (SPA), a Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted post. This role is at Level 8 of the Pay Matrix, with a pay scale of Rs. 47,600 – Rs. 1,51,100. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official recruitment portal between October 20, 2026, and November 10, 2026.
