A member of the Surabaya Satpol PP (Civil Service Police Unit) is allegedly involved in an incident where they obstructed an ambulance transporting a deceased person. The event reportedly took place on Tuesday, September 22, around 7:05 PM near Jalan Taman Putro Agung Kulon.
The ambulance driver, Jeki, stated that the vehicle was transporting a body from a hospital in Surabaya to Ketapang, Sampang, Madura. According to the driver, a man on a motorcycle followed the ambulance and eventually confronted the crew, claiming they were not allowed to use the siren indiscriminately.
