Surat to host NPC West India and IPL Gujarat Championships

The NPC West India Championship and IPL Gujarat Championship are scheduled to take place in Surat on November 22. The event aims to provide a stronger competitive platform for athletes in Gujarat and surrounding regions.

The championship will feature three primary disciplines: bodybuilding, powerlifting, and arm wrestling. Participants will include athletes from Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and various Union Territories. Success in these competitions offers a pathway for athletes to qualify for the IHFF Sheru Classic India 2026.

Organizers have announced the date in advance to allow for adequate preparation and have called upon national sports and lifestyle brands to support the event and prioritize local sporting initiatives.
