Surfari Mar Menor moves to Las Salinas for 27th edition

The 27th edition of the Surfari Mar Menor will take place from October 9 to 11 at the newly inaugurated Playa Náutica de Las Salinas in Los Alcázares.

This year's event introduces wing foil and formula kite to its program, joining the traditional windsurfing competitions. The formula kite segment will feature the Spanish Formula Kitesurf Cup. Local sports official Jesús Ramón Alcaraz noted that the new location is intended to bring the competition closer to residents and spectators.
