Suro Solar denies extortion role, refuses to work with TV personality Camila Andrade

Suro Solar, a well‑known Chilean manager of entertainment figures, told Revista Sarah that he was falsely blamed for an extortion campaign targeting former Miss Chile Camila Recabarren. He said the messages, which demanded the model “come out of the closet,” were sent from fake accounts and even reached Recabarren’s family, and that he was present with her in a shared house in 2016. Solar recounted a trip to Turkey with Gala Caldirola during which the alleged extortionist was identified, and he insisted he had lived through the episode alongside Recabarren.

Solar also explained why he will not represent TV personality Camila Andrade, describing her as having a “controversial profile” and “stains” that he does not want to manage, adding that he prefers to start fresh with clients who have a clean reputation.
