Surventis appoints Dr. Rebecca Koch as Chief Human Resources Officer
Surventis, a coatings technology company formerly known as BASF Coatings, has appointed Dr. Rebecca Koch as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee. The appointment is effective September 1, 2026.
In her new role, Koch will focus on developing the global HR organization, with an emphasis on corporate culture, leadership, and establishing the human capital necessary to meet the company’s performance and growth ambitions. She succeeds Markus Dinslacken, who managed the HR organization during the company’s carve-out from BASF.
Koch brings extensive international leadership experience, having previously held roles at Nemetschek Group and DB Schenker, where she managed up to 50,000 employees across Europe. Her career also includes positions at BD, Air Berlin, and Bain & Company. Surventis, which is now majority-owned by funds managed by Carlyle with BASF retaining a 40 percent stake, employs approximately 10,700 people.
