Survivors of Route 151 accident undergo medical treatment in Neuquén

Survivors of the tragic accident on Route 151 on October 18 are undergoing medical treatment in Neuquén. Natalí Leiría has successfully undergone an extensive surgical procedure involving hip stabilization and osteosynthesis to treat fractures. Following the surgery, doctors have kept her sedated to manage pain and facilitate rest.

Natalí is currently in a delicate recovery stage. While she has begun making some uncoordinated movements as she wakes, she remains on mechanical respiratory assistance and receives nutrition via a nasogastric tube. Medical teams are monitoring her closely to determine when she might be able to breathe without assistance.

Another survivor, Avril, remains hospitalized at the Clínica San Lucas Pediátrica in Neuquén and is scheduled for surgery this Tuesday to treat a leg injury. The families of the victims have expressed gratitude for community support while mourning the loss of Luana.
