Susan Dell leads $10 billion philanthropic foundation

Susan Dell, co-founder and chair of the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, oversees the distribution of approximately $10 billion in philanthropic giving. Established in 1999, the foundation manages over 800 projects annually, focusing on education, health, and livelihood initiatives across the United States, Africa, India, and Israel.

Recently, the foundation has focused on its livelihood pillar through a commitment to Trump Accounts. In December 2025, the Dells committed $6.25 billion to provide $250 contributions to 25 million children in the U.S. aged 10 and under. These funds target children in ZIP codes with median incomes of $150,000 or less to assist families in building early wealth.

While her philanthropic work remains a primary focus, Dell’s recent appearance at the White House alongside Michael Dell and President Donald Trump has also drawn significant social media attention regarding her physical transformation.
