Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz lists Sydney Killara home for $11 million

Former Mirvac CEO Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz and her husband, Stuart Lloyd-Hurwitz, have listed their Georgian-style residence in Killara, Sydney, for between $10 million and $11 million. The property, which the couple has owned since 2013, sits on 1,720 square metres and features six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a tennis court, and a pool.

The residence underwent renovations by Tribe Studio Architects and includes timber floorboards, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. The couple originally purchased the home for $3.55 million from Judo Bank co-founder Joseph Healy and his wife.

Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, who served as CEO and managing director of Mirvac for a decade until her retirement in 2023, currently holds several high-profile positions, including a seat on the board of Macquarie Group Limited and a non-executive directorship at Rio Tinto. She also chairs the Australian National Housing Supply and Affordability Council.
