Susanna Griso's Breakfast Habit and Costa Brava Wedding

Spanish television presenter Susanna Griso, 56, said she starts each day with a high‑protein breakfast of nuts, granola and other healthy foods, which she claims sustains her energy for the four‑hour live show she hosts.

Griso is also preparing to marry businessman Luis Enríquez on 25 July. The civil ceremony will be held at the five‑star Hostal La Gavina in S'Agaró on the Costa Brava, with about 200 guests and a bohemian‑inspired dress code. The couple plans to spend their summers in the same coastal village.
