Sushiro launches limited-time bluefin tuna promotion

Sushiro, the conveyor belt sushi chain, has launched a limited-time promotional campaign featuring Mediterranean bluefin tuna fatty belly (otoro) starting at 110 yen. The promotion, which begins September 30, is scheduled to run until October 13 or until 8.68 million servings are sold.

In addition to the bluefin tuna, the menu includes several other seasonal items such as a six-piece Indian bluefin tuna platter, Tasmanian salmon varieties, and large live snow crab. Other offerings include oyster comparisons, natural mackerel, and grilled eel. The campaign also features side dishes, including fried chicken supervised by Gifu Prefecture’s ‘Nobunaga Karaage Torika’.
