Sushmita Sen celebrates daughter Alisha's 17th birthday

Indian actress Sushmita Sen celebrated the 17th birthday of her younger daughter, Alisha Sen, via a heartfelt social media post. Sen praised Alisha’s simplicity, kindness, and character, noting that she named her daughter as a symbol of a ‘precious gift from God.’

Alisha, who was adopted by Sen in 2010, currently attends a boarding school in Switzerland to pursue higher education and maintains a life away from the public spotlight. Sen, a single mother, also raised her elder daughter, Renee Sen, whom she adopted in 2000. Renee has begun pursuing acting, appearing in the short film ‘Sutta Baazi’.
