Susie Wiles announces she is cancer-free

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles announced on Wednesday that she is cancer-free following treatment for early-stage breast cancer. Wiles shared the news on X, stating that her pathology results from a recent appointment at the Mayo Clinic came back clear.

Wiles, 69, originally revealed her diagnosis in March but continued to fulfill her duties in the West Wing and travel with President Donald Trump throughout her medical battle. She expressed gratitude to her family, doctors, and the President for his “unwavering support,” affirming her commitment to advancing the “America First Agenda.”

Political figures, including Vice President J.D. Vance and Senator Ted Cruz, offered their congratulations and praised her strength. Wiles is the first woman to serve as White House Chief of Staff and has been a central figure in Trump’s political operations since his 2024 campaign.
