Argentina judicial system issues multiple detention and bail rulings

Various judicial developments are unfolding across Argentina involving criminal investigations and detention rulings. In one case, Alberto Martín Del Valle remains in custody due to a failure to pay child support, with authorities citing a flight risk. In another, a judge granted bail to Agustín Amarilla, an accused in the killing of police officer Eduardo Damián López, a decision the prosecution intends to appeal.

In Paraná, the preventive detention of suspects involved in a shooting that left one dead and two injured has been extended for 60 days, though modified to house arrest. Similarly, Leonardo Leuquen will remain in preventive detention for the homicide of Brian Silva after a judge rejected a request for house arrest. Finally, in Roca, an inmate faces new charges for destroying his cell and attacking prison staff.
